Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Export Merchandiser to handle international buyers and export orders from enquiry to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle communication with international buyers through email and WhatsApp
Understand buyer enquiries, specifications and requirements
Prepare quotations, costing sheets and Proforma Invoices
Coordinate development of new designs, samples and colourways
Follow up on sample development and buyer approvals
Process and monitor export orders from confirmation to shipment
Coordinate with Production, Yarn, Weaving, Finishing, QC, Packing and Shipping teams
Prepare and maintain order sheets and production follow-up reports
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure orders are progressing as per committed dates
Proactively identify possible delays and report them to management
Keep buyers regularly updated regarding samples, production and shipments
Coordinate buyer requirements for labels, barcodes, packaging and product specifications




Maintain proper records of buyer correspondence, approvals and order changes
Coordinate inspections, testing and quality requirements
Assist with export documentation and shipment coordination
Follow up on pending payments and commercial matters when required
Coordinate with management for pricing, claims and important buyer issues
Candidate Requirements
Graduate with positive written and spoken English
Strong email communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Able to handle multiple international buyers and orders simultaneously
Knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures preferred
Experience in rugs, carpets, home textiles or textile exports will be strongly preferred
Preferred Experience:

2–5 years in Export Merchandising / Export House / Textile Manufacturing
