Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a growing sales-focused organization. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs, managing talent acquisition processes, developing HR policies,



and maintaining compliant and inclusive workplace practices. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement training and development programs, support compensation and benefits administration, and handle employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality. The role also involves nurturing a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Tzahu’s mission of building strong, motivated sales teams.
Qualifications
Solid skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, with experience hiring for sales or commercial roles.
