Role Description The Business Development Executive will work in office in Kolkata in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding Khussarf Estates’ client base and service reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



generating and managing leads, and conducting outreach to residential property owners, landlords, investors, and NRIs. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at increasing market presence and revenue.
