Role Description :
1. The Store Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

2. The Store Assistant will handle daily store operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing medical and surgical inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and preparing orders for dispatch.

3. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and orderly storage areas, labeling and tracking items, supporting billing or documentation related to stock movement,



and coordinating with the sales and delivery teams to fulfill customer requirements on time.

4. The Store Assistant will also assist in basic customer and vendor interactions, follow company procedures and safety guidelines, and support periodic stock audits and reports.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic Training skills to support store operations and learn or share standard procedures as needed.
Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inventory, documentation, and orderly storage of supplies.
Basic knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical products is beneficial.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods as part of store work.
Prior experience in a pharmacy, medical store, warehouse, or retail setting is an advantage.
