Role Description The Customer Success Executive role at HUB Interior is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their design needs, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial consultation through project completion. The Customer Success Executive will handle customer support queries, coordinate with internal design and operations teams, track project progress, and proactively address issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.



The role also includes monitoring client feedback, preparing status reports, and suggesting improvements to processes and communication to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure long-term client relationships.
Strong Customer Support abilities, including handling queries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
Experience with Account Management to oversee client portfolios and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
