We are expanding our core sales team and looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive property closures, manage client relationships, and accelerate our growth trajectory.

Role Overview
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end sales pipelines, conducting high-impact site visits, and closing deals for residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with prospective buyers, understand their investment goals, and guide them through property selection to final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Engage with incoming warm leads, conduct deep discovery calls, and map client requirements to appropriate property inventory.
Site Visits & Product Demos:



Host high-touch site visits for prospective clients, delivering compelling walkthroughs and explaining project USPs, pricing, and ROI potential.
Negotiation & Closing: Structure property offers, handle client objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close sales targets consistently.
Developer & Partner Alignment: Maintain solid working relationships with partner developer sales teams and project heads at site offices.
Pipeline Management: Maintain structured tracking of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and conversion metrics using our CRM/sales tools.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on current micro-market trends, infrastructure developments, pricing shifts, and competitor projects across key Hyderabad clusters (e.g., Gachibowli, HITEC City, Tellapur, Kokapet, Neopolis, etc.).
