Role Description The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, focusing on the night shift and US process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajarhat. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media,



and professional networks; screening resumes; conducting initial interviews; and coordinating technical and client interviews. The recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting activities, such as candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding support, while maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The role also involves partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, meeting hiring targets, and ensuring a positive candidate experience for immediate and future hiring needs.
