Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The specialist will manage and grow MAATRI’s social media presence by planning, creating, and publishing platform-specific content across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement for MAATRI and its network of senior doctors. The role involves daily performance tracking, optimizing campaigns based on analytics, coordinating with design and content teams, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The specialist will also collaborate with marketing and education teams to amplify healthcare content, support premium OPD growth initiatives, and contribute ideas for new digital formats and community-building activities.
