Role Description The Assistant Operator is a full time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Rajkot. This role supports the operation of diaper production machinery, including setting up equipment, monitoring production lines, and assisting with routine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.



The Assistant Operator helps conduct basic inspections, reports equipment issues, and collaborates with senior operators and technicians to ensure smooth, continuous production. Daily tasks include handling raw materials, maintaining cleanliness around workstations, following safety and hygiene protocols, and completing production logs as required. The role also involves working in shifts as needed and supporting the team in meeting production targets and quality standards.
