Every week they choose where
their limited attention goes: which deal to step into, who on the team needs
coaching, which problem to leave alone. An hour spent rescuing one account is an
hour not spent developing a rep. The information needed to choose well already
exists, but it sits scattered across the CRM, recorded calls, dashboards, and
enablement tools, and managers assemble it by hand.

Mindtickle is building Manager Effectiveness, the product charter that owns that
choice. It helps revenue managers and leaders direct scarce management attention
toward the interventions that matter most across the business and the people
they are responsible for.

We need a Group Product Manager to own it. The problem is hard in a specific
way: "where should this manager spend their next hour?" has no correct answer
sitting in a table, and the products render judgments about people that a
