Role Description This is a full time, on-site Capital Equipment Sales role based in Chennai, focused on press sales, CNC machinery, and injection molding equipment.



The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, building and maintaining relationships with industrial customers, and promoting suitable Japanese machinery solutions for their production requirements. Responsibilities include conducting equipment presentations and site visits, preparing quotations and commercial offers, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and coordinating with internal teams in Japan and India for inspections, logistics, and after-sales support. The position also requires monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Travel to customer sites, factories, and project locations will be required as part of daily activities.
