Role Description The Advanced On-The-Job Training Program Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This position supports the planning and execution of structured on-the-job training programs for team members across various technology and business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, tracking participant progress, supporting program documentation, and assisting with evaluation and feedback processes. The associate collaborates with trainers, project managers, and team leads to align training content with project requirements and organizational goals.
