Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a STEM Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing specialized knowledge in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics to support critical projects. Candidates will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply expertise in STEM disciplines to analyze complex problems and recommend evidence-based solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to interpret technical data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Conduct research, experiments, or simulations to validate hypotheses and improve project outcomes.
• Develop and refine models, algorithms, or frameworks to enhance operational efficiency or product performance.
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in clear technical reports for leadership review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) or statistical software.
• Experience interpreting technical specifications, research papers, or industry standards.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
