We are looking for an experienced Finacle L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking , production support, incident management, and banking operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in supporting Finacle applications, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Provide L3 application support for Finacle Core Banking systems.
/n
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
/n
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
/n
- Support EOD/BOD activities and critical batch processing.
/n
- Monitor Finacle application health, interfaces, and dependent systems.
/n
- Coordinate with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
/n
- Support release deployments, patches,



upgrades, and production validations.
/n
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
/n
- Work closely with banking operations teams on transaction-related issues.
/n
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
/n
- Participate in major incident calls and provide technical resolutions.
/n

Mandatory Skills

/n

/n
- Hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking (7x/10x/11x) .
/n
- Robust experience in L2/L3 Production Support .
/n
- Good knowledge of CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Clearing, GL, Trade Finance modules.
/n
- Experience in EOD/BOD support activities.
/n
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
/n
- Experience in SQL/Oracle PL/SQL .
/n
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
/n
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/JIRA .
/n
- Banking domain experience is mandatory.
