Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-driven International Telecaller / Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and close sales for our Website Development Services and SaaS Products. The ideal candidate should have experience communicating with international clients, particularly in the USA, Australia, or UK markets. Experience in any two of these regions is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the USA, Australia, and/or UK.
- Promote and sell Website Development Services, SaaS Products, and other IT solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.




- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM with customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or international accent.
- Proven experience in international telecalling or inside sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in different international time zones when required.
- Basic understanding of Website Development, SaaS Products, and digital solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
