nMGM Healthcare Group is looking for a Group FP&A; Manager to join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the Group.
nThis is a high-impact role that partners closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights, strengthen planning processes, and support the continued growth of one of India's leading healthcare organizations.
nLocation: Aminjikarai, Chennai.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planningn
- Own consolidated management reporting, MIS, and executive dashboardsn
- Drive P&L; performance analysis, variance reporting, and financial storytelling for leadership reviewsn
- Partner with business and functional leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiativesn
- Develop and enhance FP&A; processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven reportingn




- Support business cases, investment decisions, cost optimization, and resource planning across the Groupn
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to executive managementn

nWe're looking for
n
- n
- 8–16 years of progressive FP&A; experiencen
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business partneringn
- Experience managing Group or Corporate FP&A;, multi-business, or multi-entity reportingn
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in reporting automationn
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP platformsn
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferredn
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience is preferred; candidates from large corporates, GCCs, manufacturing, or other complex organizations with robust FP&A; expertise are also encouraged to applyn
