Who we are:

PanScience Innovations is India's largest deep-tech and AI venture studio. Rather than investing in companies from the outside, we co-found them: we originate the idea, embed a team from day one, and build out the product, technology, go-tomarket, operations, finance, and legal functions alongside each venture's core team. We've co-founded 24+ ventures across healthcare, finance, judiciary, media, and industrial AI, and our role is to take deep science that would otherwise stay in a lab and turn it into a company that can stand on its own.

Who you'll work with:

You'll be embedded in one venture, working closely with that venture's engineering and product team as well as PanScience's central customer success and technical functions. You'll own the technical relationship for a defined set of the venture's biggest, most demanding accounts.

What you'll do:

1. Own the post-sale technical relationship for a set of enterprise accounts, becoming the person they call when something breaks.
2. Get hands-on with integrations, APIs, and debugging yourself,



rather than simply escalating tickets to engineering.
3. Translate customer pain points into a scoped ask engineering can actually act on.
4. Spot expansion and renewal risk early, well before it shows up as a surprise in a quarterly business review.
5. Help build the playbook for this function as the account base grows, since there isn't an established one to inherit yet.

What you should bring:

1. 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role, such as technical account management or solutions engineering.
2. Comfort reading code and API documentation, and holding your own in a technical conversation with a customer's engineering team.
3. High emotional intelligence and a team-oriented approach; you're solving the customer's problem, not defending the product.
4. Comfort with startup pace, where you'll help shape process as much as manage accounts.
