nJob Summary:
nSalesforce Support Engineer to provide production support maintenance and enhancement for our Salesforce platform hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce CPQ and Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement integrations This role involves troubleshooting production issues supporting end users managing integrations and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability

- Provide Level 2Level 3 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud CPQ and Pardot environments Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production issues within established SLAsn
- Analyze system defects identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsn
- Support Salesforce CPQ configurations including product catalogs pricing rules quote templates approvals and contract managementn
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce Pardot ERP systems middleware and third-party applicationsn
- Support lead management campaign synchronization prospect tracking and marketing automation processes in Pardot Perform user management profile and permission set administration and data security maintenancen
- Execute data imports exports cleansing and validation using Salesforce Data Loader or similar toolsn
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operationsn
- Collaborate with administrators developers QA teams and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement enhancementsn
- Support release management activities including deployments regression testing and post-release validationn
- Document support procedures knowledge articles and technical solutionsn
