- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to drive sales performance.n
- Ensure consistent growth in market share and customer acquisition.n

nTeam Leadership & Development

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers and Field Executives.n
- Define individual KPIs and monitor performance to ensure target achievement.n
- Conduct regular training and development programs to upskill the team.n

nP&L; and Business Performance

- Own the zonal P&L;, drive revenue growth, and control costs to ensure profitability.n
- Monitor budgets, operational expenses, and resource allocation for optimal ROI.n

nOperational Efficiency & Process Management

- Streamline field operations to improve productivity and customer experience.n
- Define and track key sales and operational dashboards for timely interventions.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to support zonal objectives.n

nQualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.n
- 6–9 years of proven experience in B2C field sales, with at least 3 years in a team management role.n
- Strong understanding of P&L;, sales planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment.n
