ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused YouTube & Social Account Manager to manage and grow social properties for our clients. The role combines client management,



YouTube channel management, content planning, publishing, audience engagement, analytics, social growth, and team coordination. The Manager will act as the bridge between clients and Cocoma's internal creative, content, production, and marketing teams, ensuring that client objectives are clearly understood, translated into actionable deliverables, and executed within agreed timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of YouTube, social content, audience behaviour, content planning, and client servicing, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution independently.
