Industry- Integrated Steel Plant
Qualifications: BE Mechanical/ Any Engineering Degree with MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management
Experience: Min. 15-25 Year’s experience in continuous STEEL Industry / Alloys /Special Steels Manufacturing /Continues Process / mining/metal industry background.
Procurement exposure in - Iron ore, Coke, Coal, Ferro Alloys, Fluxes, Refractories etc.

Responsibility / KRA

· Raw materials for DRI –MBF- Steel Melting Shop and HSM/CRM including Iron Ore, Coal, Coking Coal, Bauxite, Quartzite, Magnesite, Calcined Lime and Dolo,
· Exposure of Procurement of Ferro Alloys: Silico Manganese HC/MC, Ferro Silicon & Ferro Manganese and other Pure Alloys metals.
· Managed sourcing of Nickel Based Scrap Materials including SS304/SS316, Inconel Alloys 625 and 718.




· Managing the Sourcing of Heavy Melting Scrap for Steel Making through Scrap Route.
· Pure Alloys: Pure Nickle, Moly, SiCW, FeTiCW, FeNb, Al Ingots, Al Wire Pure Copper etc.
· Sourcing Pure/Virgin metal including Pure Iron Billets, Chromium Metal, Vanadium, Cobalt, and Niobium for making Super Alloys.
· Sourcing of materials like Fluxes: Calcined Lime & Dolo. Minerals: Bauxite, Quartzite, Magnesite.
· Responsible for Procurement of MRO Items (Engineering Spares, Stock Items, Consumables Items),
· Exposure of Managing the Sourcing of Refractory Items, Total Refractory Management Contracts, Graphite Electrodes, Copper Mould Tubes, CI Moulds, Mill Rolls etc
