Role Description The CRM cum Business Development role at DOW MEDIA is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, maintaining and updating CRM data, and ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement with existing and potential customers.



The individual will identify new business opportunities, pitch services, support sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to align proposals and campaigns with client needs. Day-to-day work includes analyzing customer and market data, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating project timelines with delivery teams, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and internal stakeholders.
