Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and people practices for Social Butter Consultancy’s in office team in Delhi, India. This full-time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding,



supporting workforce planning, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement policies, oversee performance management processes, and support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing payroll inputs and HR compliance, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, coordinating learning and development activities, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports the agency’s growth. The HR Manager will be expected to oversee basic admin roles as well.
