About the role
As an Associate – Secretarial Services, you'll handle corporate compliance for a portfolio of companies and LLPs — from incorporation through to ongoing filings and transaction support.
If you're a CS or CA semi-qualified candidate who wants exposure to live transaction work rather than routine filings alone, this role offers that.

Key responsibilities
Corporate compliance
Manage end-to-end compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 for a portfolio of clients
Handle LLP Act compliance and annual filings
Prepare and file ROC forms — AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC,



ADT-1, and related returns
Draft notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions for board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings
Maintain statutory registers and records
Track compliance calendars and ensure deadlines are met across all client entities
Incorporations and set-up
Handle incorporation of companies, LLPs and other entity structures (SPICe+, FiLLiP)
Manage DSC, DIN, PAN, TAN and related registrations
Draft MOA, AOA and LLP agreements
Advise clients on entity structure options at the set-up stage
Transaction compliance
Support share issuances and transfers — private placements, rights issues, bonus issues, preferential allotments
Prepare and file transaction-related forms: PAS-3, MGT-14, SH-7, and related returns
Support FEMA and RBI compliance for foreign investment — FC-GPR, FC-TRS filings
Assist on charge creation, modification and satisfaction (CHG-1, CHG-4)
