Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Darbhanga. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining,



and repairing UPS and power backup systems at customer sites. Daily activities include performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, responding to service calls, providing technical support, and ensuring minimal downtime for customer operations. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs. The Service Engineer will interact regularly with customers to explain issues, recommend preventive measures, and uphold Numeric’s standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for power backup and UPS systems.
Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including in office customer visits and equipment handling.
