Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships,



and supporting the adoption of The Grow Biz’s solutions and Grow Biz OS platform. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building a robust sales pipeline across target industries. Day-to-day tasks include managing outreach campaigns, leading discovery and sales presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and offerings. The Senior Business Development Associate will track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform strategy. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed team.
