Key Responsibilities:

。 Lead, manage and motivate the Business Development team to achieve targets.• Handle day-to-day team
operations and monitor individual and team performance.

• Set targets, track performance and ensure timely achievement of business goals

.• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

• Monitor leads, conversions and overall sales performance.

• Guide team members in customer communication, follow-ups and conversions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and clients.

• Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.





• Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Team Handling.

• Proven experience in team handling and performance management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

，Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business goals.

. Good leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in the EdTech / Education / Sales industry will be an added advantage.
