About the Role /n

J S B L & Co. is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Business Advisory team. The role will involve working closely with clients across various industries and assisting them with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, analysis.

/n

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting and financial statements, good analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.

/n

Freshly qualified CAs are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
- Preparation and review of monthly MIS and management reports
/n
- Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
/n
- Analysis of financial performance, profitability, costs and key business metrics
/n
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
/n




- Assisting clients with financial planning and business decision-making
/n
- Developing and tracking KPIs and financial dashboards
/n
- Conducting periodic reviews of receivables, payables, working capital and cash flows
/n
- Coordinating with client teams for accounting, reporting and financial data
/n
- Identifying financial and operational issues and providing practical insights
/n
- Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports for management / promoters
/n
- Supporting the senior team in business advisory and client assignments
/n
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of financial reporting

/n

Candidate Profile /n

Qualification:

/n

/n
- Chartered Accountant – 1–2 years of experience preferred
/n
- Freshers / newly qualified CAs are also welcome
/n

/n

Skills Required:

/n

/n
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting
/n
- Good knowledge of Excel / Goo
