Role Description The International Business Development role is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work.



The role involves identifying and developing new international business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with maritime clients, partners, and stakeholders, and supporting revenue growth across key global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal technical and commercial teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role also includes managing the sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms under guidance, tracking market trends in shipping and maritime technology, and contributing to strategic business plans and marketing initiatives. Regular communication with international clients and participation in industry events, webinars, and online meetings are expected.
