Surendra Group has been manufacturing industrial minerals since 1974. We grind calcite, dolomite, limestone, china clay, quartz and feldspar across eleven units in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and West Bengal. Our material goes into paint, glass, PVC and plastics, and poultry feed.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to open new accounts directly with manufacturers.

About the role

Most mineral buying in India runs through traders, which means the person formulating the product rarely speaks to the people grinding the mineral. We're trying to change that for our customers. You'd be the person doing it — talking to formulators and procurement teams, understanding what their specification actually needs, and matching it to the right grade from the right unit.

What you'll do
- Open current accounts across the paint, glass, plastics, ceramics and animal feed industries in North and West India
- Work with technical and procurement teams on grade selection — particle size, brightness, iron content, oil absorption
- Manage the full cycle from first contact through sample,



trial batch, negotiation and repeat order
- Visit customer plants and our own units regularly
- Track and grow a pipeline you own end to end

What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in B2B industrial sales. Minerals or chemicals background is ideal, but we'll happily consider construction materials, industrial products, or any technical B2B sale
- Comfortable talking to a technical buyer — you don't need to be a chemist, but you should be willing to learn the chemistry
- Willing to travel across Rajasthan, NCR, Punjab, Gujarat and Maharashtra
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Hindi and English
