Role Description The Backend Developer will design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that power SaathApp’s platform. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bihar Sharif. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing scalable and secure backend logic, integrating databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of services. The Backend Developer will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues,



and deliver new features. The role also involves writing clean, well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
Strong programming skills in one or more backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) and experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and skills in schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Understanding of server-side architecture, microservices, and principles of scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms or hosting environments and basic DevOps practices (deployment, monitoring, logging) is beneficial.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-test
