Your Mission
As an HR Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and managing the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring exceptional talent to developing performance systems that help teams grow.
This role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Hire candidates for Business Development, HR, Marketing, Operations, Technical, and Internship roles.
Create SEO-optimized job postings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring with department managers.
Build a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
