About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Full Stack / Digital Solutions to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, React, Python and Django, with the ability to lead a team of developers while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, technical problem-solving and project delivery.
This role is ideal for a technical leader who can understand business requirements, convert them into technical solutions, guide the development team, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, enterprise or B2B digital solutions will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software developers and provide day-to-day technical direction.
Design,



develop and deliver scalable web and enterprise applications.
Be hands-on with Node.js development and backend architecture.
Develop contemporary frontend applications using React and JavaScript.
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python and Django.
Define application architecture, technical standards and development practices.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
Design and develop REST APIs, microservices and integrations.
Lead database design, data modelling and application performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews and ensure development quality and coding standards.
Identify technical issues and provide practical, scalable solutions.
Work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps and Project teams.
Participate in technical discussions with customers when required.
Plan technical tasks, estimate development effort and support project execution.
