Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will create and refine digital assets using Adobe Photoshop, including graphics for tutorials, social media posts, learning materials, and brand-related content for the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts, designing layouts, preparing icons and illustrations, optimizing images for various channels,



and ensuring consistent branding across all design outputs. The role involves collaborating with content creators and marketing team members, interpreting briefs, iterating on feedback, and maintaining organized design files and libraries. The designer will also contribute creative ideas to enhance user engagement and overall visual quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio showcasing digital design work.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities and recognizable assets.
Ability in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital layouts.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and capacity to adapt style to different audiences.
