Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for leading store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role includes overseeing daily store activities, managing staff scheduling and performance,



and ensuring visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, drives revenue through effective product placement and upselling, and manages inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and shrink control. The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention measures, maintaining store hygiene and safety, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Store Manager coaches and motivates the team, conducts regular training, and collaborates with regional leadership to meet store targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
