Role Description The GGM Service role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for leading and managing service operations across multiple locations.



The role involves overseeing service center performance, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with brand standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring service KPIs, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and cost controls, and coordinating closely with sales, parts, and finance teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences. The GGM Service will provide leadership and guidance to service managers and teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement training and development programs, and resolve escalated customer concerns. This role also requires strategic planning for service growth, contributing to long-term business objectives, and representing Rukmani Motors Group in interactions with OEM partners and key stakeholders.
