Role Description The Agricultural Entomologist will be responsible for studying and managing insect populations affecting crops and organic inputs, with a focus on environmentally sound pest management solutions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring pests in field and greenhouse conditions, conducting entomological research and trials, analyzing data,



and providing recommendations for integrated pest management strategies aligned with the company’s organic products. The role involves collaborating with production, R&D;, and marketing teams to develop, validate, and improve insect-related products such as bioinsecticides, pheromone traps, and biological control agents. The Agricultural Entomologist will also prepare technical documentation, training materials, and support growers with practical guidance on pest control and product use. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik.
Qualifications

Solid foundation in Entomology and Agricultural Entomology, with the ability to identify insect pests, beneficial species, and their life cycles.
Applied Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management skills, including design and implementation of sustainable, organic-compatible pest management programs.
