We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Traker's digital growth engine—from brand awareness and customer acquisition to lead generation, marketing automation, retention, and conversion.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who understands both marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute Traker's overall digital marketing and growth strategy.
Build campaigns across the complete funnel: Awareness → Acquisition → Engagement → Conversion → Retention.
Identify current digital channels, growth opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies.
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business targets.




2. Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
YouTube
Display & remarketing networks
Other relevant performance channels
Own campaign budgets, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and messaging.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and customer behavior.
3. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Build scalable lead-generation campaigns for Traker.
Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to improve lead quality.
Track the complete customer journey from first interaction to conversion.
Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies.

Develop and execute SEO strategy for Traker's website and digital pro
