Role Description The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations and business development for the entire Rajasthan Stae driving revenue growth and market expansion for CITTA’s product portfolio.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Jaipur HQ For the entire Rajasthan State responsible for managing distributor and retailer relationships, BA and Non BA Opertions monitoring stock levels, and ensuring effective in-store execution and brand visibility.

Day-to-day work includes identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, planning and implementing area-wise sales strategies, and tracking performance metrics. The role will collaborate closely with marketing and supply chain teams, gather market insights, and provide feedback to improve product positioning and promotional activities.

The Area Sales Manager will also support training and development of field sales representatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer engagement.
