Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated E-Commerce Website Growth & Revenue Manager to take complete ownership of the growth and performance of E-Commerce Website.
This is not a traditional website management or SEO position. We are looking for someone who can think and operate like a business owner — someone who can bring qualified traffic to the website, convert visitors into customers, increase sales and revenue, and continuously improve the overall business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, conversion optimization, analytics, and online revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of the growth and revenue of DetectiveDirect.com.
Develop and execute a strategy to increase website traffic, customers, sales, and profitability.
Drive qualified traffic through SEO, Google Ads, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other channels.




Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, link building, and keyword targeting.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to achieve profitable customer acquisition.
Identify recent sources of traffic and customers and test new marketing channels.
Improve website conversion rates, product pages, landing pages, navigation, and overall customer experience.
Analyze website and sales data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
Monitor important KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, average order value, revenue, ROAS, and overall profitability.
Develop content strategies that attract potential customers and generate organic traffic.
Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and customer retention
