Role Description The Travel Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli. This role involves planning and organizing educational and corporate trips, including itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and activity schedules. The Travel Coordinator will handle bookings, confirm reservations, manage vendor relationships,



and adjust plans as needed to meet client requirements. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, supporting clients before and during travel, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver well-structured group travel experiences. The role also requires monitoring travel timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring all trips align with the organization’s standards for safety, learning outcomes, and client satisfaction.
