About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dealer team and drive sales activities across the Bangalore and Coimbatore regions.
This is a field-based sales role involving customer visits, lead generation, business development, and building robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and business needs.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
Coordinate with the dealer team to follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales reports and regularly update customer and lead information.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, machinery, automotive, construction, industrial, or related sectors.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period are preferred.
