Key Responsibilities

Ensure on-time execution of critical program milestones, including API, SVT, SVOP, SS, and TTM, to support successful product launches.
Experience 5+yrs
Drive manufacturing readiness and volume ramp-up activities to achieve secure and scalable mass production.
Support mass production builds, lot readiness, and production transfers while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.
Lead manufacturing engineering activities for next-generation product launches, ensuring alignment with 4P (People, Process, Product, Plant) readiness requirements.
Monitor project schedules, track key deliverables, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks affecting program execution.
Coordinate with Design, Test Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to ensure seamless product introduction and launch.
