EduSahaj.AI is building the operating system for modern educational institutions.
We started with a straightforward question:
What if a school ERP didn't just tell you what happened, but helped you understand what is about to happen?
Our platform combines school operations, financial intelligence, fee management and AI-driven insights to help institutions make better decisions — from identifying students at risk of dropping out to understanding the real cost of running each grade or section.
We are founded by IIT Bombay alumni Ratan Kirti and Jashandeep Singh and are currently building the company from the ground up.

The Role
As a Founding Team Member,



you will work directly with the founders and take ownership of a critical part of EduSahaj's growth.
This is a highly autonomous role. Your responsibilities will evolve as the company grows, and you will be expected to identify problems, build solutions and drive outcomes rather than wait for instructions.
You could be working across business development, product, operations, customer success, strategy, partnerships and fundraising support depending on your strengths.
The exact function matters less to us than your ability to figure things out and get things done.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Business Development & Institutional Sales
Identify and build relationships with schools, school chains, trusts, foundations and education networks.
Take ownership of the sales pipeline from prospecting to meetings, pilots and closures.
Conduct product demonstrations and communicate EduSahaj's value proposition to senior education decision-makers.
