We are looking for an Events Outreach Associate who will take ownership of building partnerships and driving participation across QShala’s inter-institutional and inter-organisational quiz formats.
Role Overview
This role focuses on expanding QShala’s event reach and participation by building strong networks with schools, colleges, corporates, and qualified communities.
The Events Outreach Associate will lead outreach initiatives, build partnerships, and drive registrations for QShala’s quizzes and engagement events.



You will work closely with the Operations and Communications teams to ensure outreach efforts translate into strong participation and successful event execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesParticipation & Registration Growth
Drive registrations and participation for inter-school, inter-college, and inter-corporate quizzes.
Build and maintain networks with institutions, organisations, and communities to increase participation.
Track participation trends and identify opportunities to expand reach.
Outreach & Relationship Building
Liaise with schools, colleges, corporates, HR/L&D; teams, professional networks, faculty, and student coordinators.
Build long-term relationships that convert into repeat participation across quiz editions and cities.
Represent QShala in meetings, presentations, and outreach conversations with partners.
Campaign Coordination
Support the planning and execution of digital and on-ground outreach campaigns aligned with event timelines.
