Role Description The Information Technology Specialist will work full time on-site in Kolkata,



supporting hospital and dialysis center operations by maintaining reliable and secure IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and monitoring networks, ensuring uptime for critical healthcare applications, and handling routine maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure. The specialist will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide timely support to clinical and administrative staff, and escalate complex problems when needed to ensure minimal disruption to patient care. The role also involves implementing and enforcing security protocols, assisting with system upgrades and deployments, documenting IT processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain compliance and performance standards.
