About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Lead to lead our organic search strategy for the US Travel Process. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, link building, content strategy, and competitor analysis, along with a good understanding of PPC/paid search campaigns.
The candidate should be comfortable working across White Hat, Grey Hat, and Black Hat SEO methodologies, with a robust understanding of their risks, implementation, scalability, and impact on search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SEO team and day-to-day SEO activities for US travel campaigns.
Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic, rankings, leads, calls, and conversions.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis for the US travel market.




Identify high-value travel keywords across flights, hotels, vacation packages, destinations, and related travel services.
Manage on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.
Develop and execute link-building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, niche edits, contextual links, and other relevant techniques.
Have hands-on knowledge of White Hat, Grey Hat, and Black Hat SEO techniques and understand their potential impact, risks, and scalability.
Monitor Google algorithm updates and proactively adjust SEO strategies.
Work on website audits, technical SEO issues, indexing, crawlability, site structure, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
Plan and oversee content strategies based on search intent and conversion opportunities.
Analyze competitors' backlink profiles, keyword strategies, content gaps, and SERP movements.
Collaborate with the PPC/Performance Marketing team to align
