We’re currently looking for a Female Final-Year / 4th-Year Student from any stream for a Paid Internship – Customer Experience & Growth.
The role involves:
• Handling customer queries with patience and professionalism
• Managing and tracking enquiries received through Meta
• Following up with interested customers and working towards conversions
• Speaking with customers to understand their requirements
• Taking customer feedback and ensuring a outstanding overall experience
• Tracking enquiries, follow-ups and conversions
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is fluent in Telugu, English & Hindi
• Is confident communicating with customers over calls and messages
• Is proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership

? Days: Monday–Saturday
