We are seeking an experienced Java & Python Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing scalable applications using Java, Python, Django, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on development expertise along with experience in cloud-based application development, technical leadership, and team management. The role involves driving end-to-end development, ensuring application quality and performance, managing technical delivery, and mentoring engineering teams.

Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
Lead development activities and ensure timely delivery of technical projects.
