Role Description The Scientific Officer – Technical Sales is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and/or Chandigarh. The role involves engaging with research institutions, universities, and healthcare organizations to understand their scientific requirements and recommend suitable genomic and bioinformatics solutions and services. The Scientific Officer will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant scientific domains and market trends to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications
Strong background in Science with the ability to understand and communicate complex life science concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Skills in explaining technical material clearly and engagingly.




Hands-on Research experience in biological sciences or related fields, including understanding of experimental design and data interpretation.
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring scientific service or solution delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated aptitude for technical sales, client relationship management, and customer support in a scientific or healthcare setting.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related discipline; higher qualifications are an advantage.
Comfort working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and using digital tools (CRM, documentation, online meeting platforms).
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits, conferences, and workshops as required.
